UK Returns
  
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us by either replying to your order confirmation or using the Contact form at the top.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unworn and returned to us with all the original packaging within a further 14 days from the return request.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The items remain the responsibility of the purchaser including whilst in return transit until they are received by us. We therefore recommend using a recorded service.
 
We take real care in how we prepare our products for shipping and all items are personally quality checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please arrange the return as above. All items are then inspected once returned and if the damage or fault is confirmed, we will offer a full refund or exchange including a refund of the return shipping cost. 
 
Refunds will be received within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
 
We are not able to offer returns or replacement of products if the fault occurs after 14 days after the product is received.

International returns are as above with the following additions:
Please ensure the retail value is zero on any customs documentation as we will not accept any returns which require any custom charges.
Originally incurred import duties, customs and taxes are not refunded.
