We offer a 15% discount on all first orders though our website. Subscribe to our mailing list on the pop-up window on our home page to receive your discount code.

Once an order is placed, we aim to ship your order the next business day, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible with your oder details so we can try to make the correction to your package before it is sent.

Simply go to the Track Your Order link at the top of the page and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always very happy to help, just use the Contact link at the top.

If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Use the Contact tab at the top of this page.

We aim to restock items regularly but in the event that an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please get in touch using the Contact link at the top of the page and we can provide a more detailed time frame of when the item will be expected back in stock.

We advise storing your headband or scrunchy in the provided dust bags while not in use to protect from sunlight and dust. Keep them dry and free from hair sprays and other hair products. Gently spot clean with water. You can use a lint roller to remove any hairs or small fibres. Occasional use of a fabric freshening spray will help keep your product smelling fresh.
